Frog Cake PoPs (PauliPoPs)

I was asked to make these frogs for a childs birthday party. Kermit was one of his favorite muppets so I tried to recreate him to look awesome, but taste even better! These chocolate caramel filled frogs are sure to please anyones sweet tooth!
