Prater Wedding

I had the chance to provide an awesome dessert display at a wedding last week. The bride and groom wanted something that everyone at their reception could enjoy! I ended up making PauliPoPs and Mini Cupcakes!! There were 11 flavors to choose from: PauliPoPs were Peanut Butter Chocolate, Funfetti, Peppermint Mocha, Lemon Drop, Chocolate Chip Cookie and Cookies & Cream. Mini Cupcakes were Caramel Apple Spice, Carrot Cake, Pumpkin Spice, Baileys Chocolate and Cinnamon Spice. The Display turned out perfect and every guest got to see every flavor and pick exactly what they wanted. I feel like this is the best way to entertain guests because of the variety available and there is no big cake to cut or to make a mess of!!

Wedding Cake Pops (PauliPoPs)

I was asked by a bride and groom to create PauliPoPs for their wedding reception party. They wanted something that every guest could enjoy at a cocktail party and also have a variety of flavors available to make sure every guest got to taste a dessert that they really loved. I created these 3 tiered wedding cake PauliPoPs that fit perfectly in a custom 3 tiered cake stand. The flavors were cheesecake, chocolate chip cookie dough, funfetti, and vanilla bean. I made sure to decorate each flavor differently so that each guest could easily find their favorite flavor! This was a huge success and everyone was happy that they had an option to choose a flavor that they liked best.
